the parking space was free. the bathroom seemed new and modern. breakfast had A LOT of choices and the coffee, i liked it. the staff members i interacted with, they were helpful and cute.

my room lacked some space.

the staff was polite at the reception. they greeted me every time i passed by. the check-in process was quick, it took less than five minutes, AND they explained all the hotel facilities to me.

The location was convenient, near the racecourse. Free parking was available. my room was clean and well-kept. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of options, and the staff restocked it regularly.

the lack of soundproofing was an issue, i heard noises from the corridor and nearby rooms. i needed earplugs.
